Our airport transfer offer allows you to travel from any airport in Poland directly to the place where you intend to stay. The car driver will be waiting at the airport after the arrival of the plane with a board on which data submitted by you during the reservation of the transfer will be written. We can also provide all kinds of intercity transfers at your special request. We guarantee friendly service, an experienced driver and the high comfort of travelling by modern vehicles. Our fleet consists of 20- and 23-person Sprinter vans and a 55-person coach. In addition, we offer VIP travel by a luxury minivan. We provide comfortable limousine rides on special request. Taking care of the comfort of persons moving by wheelchair, we also offer travel by a specially adapted minivan. The vehicle is equipped with special approach rails and a wheelchair.

2. Due to traffic restrictions in the Kraków city centre, it is not always possible to drive a car right up to the hotel, therefore the passengers travelling to the airport are usually picked up from a location near their accommodation (the nearest spot where cars are allowed).
3. The passengers travelling from the airport to a hotel are picked up from the arrival hall by a driver holding a card bearing their name. The driver waits for the passengers for an hour after landing. If you would like to change the pick-up time or need the driver to wait longer (e.g. due to problems with leaving the arrival hall, please contact the Product Department (seekrakow@seekrakow.com).
4. The flight status is monitored by the SeeKrakow staff and communicated to the driver, however if you learn about a delay of more than two hours, please contact the Product Department (seekrakow@seekrakow.com) immediately.
